MY PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Tailor-Made Educational Services

I am a qualified Teacher, Special Educational Needs Practitioner and Play Therapist. I have over twenty years of experience working with students in various settings, including classroom-based, one-to-one and online. I am passionate about delivering quality education to all students. I recognise that school can be a challenging environment for some young people, and I have made it my purpose to reach these students and give them the support they need to progress.

I have many years of experience working with students with a range of learning needs, including (but not limited to) ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia, Dyscalculia, Dyspraxia, Developmental Language Disorder and Social Emotional and Mental Health difficulties.

My expertise in Special Educational Needs enables me to identify and plan appropriately for students with additional learning challenges. I tailor lessons to suit the individual student and use the relationship as the basis for building confidence and knowledge. I am passionate about teaching and have worked globally as an educational leader to improve teaching and learning.  

I hold the CPT3A level 7 qualification for educational testing and am a British Psychological Society member.
